vintage New Zealand carved wooden Maori box. It was made for the tourist trade. It has the odd minor knock and and thin slither chip to the back side of the box (stained over this and clearly in the manufacturing process), otherwise it is in nice condition. The box is 13.5cm x 9.3cm across x 4.3cm high.
